This plugin is a GUI for editing flags on multiple notes at once. It can also be used to edit intensity, modulation, and consonant velocity.
After downloading and installing the original plugin from the source link above, run it once. It will generate a file named flagtype.ini in the plugin folder. Replace it with this file to insert an English translation.
